Spinzilla is just over a month away and we have a new monsterrific limited edition colourway that we’ve dyed up just to celebrate the event. Fangtastic is a little homage to the end of the vampy series, True Blood and the adventures of Sookie, Bill, Eric, and their werewolf, fairy, and vampire friends. It’s all murky, deep reds and violets on some of our favourite spinning fibre bases. This exclusive colourway is dyed on a selection of our hand-dyed fibres and is available in limited quantities. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
This year, we’ve chosen a few different fibre bases: BFL+Silk (my favourite!), Bombyx Silk, Panda, and Alpaca Merino Silk. The Alpaca Merino Silk blend is new for us and is a silky smooth blend of 50% Huacaya alpaca, 30% merino wool, and 20% tussah silk. It’s really lustrous looking and I’m excited about adding some alpaca to my personal stash.
